Printed menu is created with Kakhetian humor and spontaneity which drives guests in our restaurant’s unique and tasty world.<\/p>\n

The principal rule in ‘’Kakhelebi’’ – every dish is healthy, tasty and memorable!  <\/span>According to the Kakhetian cuisine tradition- the dishes are seasonal. ‘’Khashlama (Boiled Meat of Calf or Bufalo Calf)’’ is soft and tasty, ‘’Cold Boiled Hen’’… Vegetable salad with wild cornus – you definitely can’t find such taste anywhere. Finding ancestral recipes and mix them to modern technologies is our prerogative.  <\/span><\/p>\n

The best meat and the best chef –this is the secret of our tasty cutlet. ‘’Veal and Buffalo Barbeque cutlet’’ – only made on coal grill. Kebab – performed by Gogia Chotorlishvili and Rekhviashvili Zaza is incomparable.<\/p>\n

We offer variety of salads of our own recipe.  <\/span> <\/span>‘’ Vegetable Salad with wild blueberry’’, ‘’ Sorrel Leaf Salad with Beet and Dried Strawberry’’, Vegetable Salad with wild cornel’’, ‘’ Fried Aubergine with Walnut or Garlic’’,’’ Mushroom soup with Tarragon’’.<\/p>\n

During thermal treatment of vegetables we try to keep its natural features, color and taste. Primary washing processes are done in special machine with water jet and ionization method.<\/p>\n
